St. Thomas home for children respects the rights of children and focuses on the boys who are less fortunate and do not have means to quality education and living. Boys admitted at the home are provided free education and hostel facilities till they equip themselves to live independently. Boys between the age of 10 and 12 are admitted to the home. We offer them education to the extent of their abilities.
Parents or guardians of boys from the district of Kollam, Kerala who seek admission to the Boys home need to submit an application through the Child Welfare Committee, Kollam. The Child Welfare Committee is responsible of children below 18, who have no one to take care of them. Hence, they take up the children and allot them to various children's home in the district.  on a white paper stating the reasons for which admission is sought at the poor home.
