Spirituality

The children of the home are routine light exercise regime in the mornings. They are provided with various indoor and outdoor sport amenities irrespective of those provided at the school. As part of the entertainment events, the students conduct cultural evenings on Friday nights, when they bring out their talents and creativity.

Spirituality

Among other things this mission project gives prominence to the spiritual growth of the children. Bible classes are conducted on Sundays after the regular Sunday worship at the nearby Church. Bible Quizzes are conducted on Saturday evenings. Conversion of religion is not the purpose of this project and the children are free to follow the religion of their choice.

Infra-structure Facilities

The project provides free accommodation, food and education for the boys staying at the home. Each student will have separate bed and table. Kitchen facilities are spacious enough, where there is a common hall for dining. Toilet facilities adjacent to the main building are used in common. Currently there are facilities to accommodate 25 students.

School and College

The students at the home go to the high School, 'Dr. C. T. Eapen Memorial Higher Secondary School', in the locality. Those who complete school are admitted to courses in other places according to their aptitude and scores.

Medical facilities

The nearest hospital is only one kilometer away. The hospital is a mission hospital which also managed by the Kollam Diocese. The medical care for the students are timely provided at this hospital. In occasions when children prefer homeopathic medicine, they are taken to St. Thomas Homeo Clinic which is also one kilometer away from the project.
